Job Description / Responsibility
Reportable to Chief Health Officer
Job Location At health center level: `ASA Health Center at Bagerhat and Satkhira Sadar.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary health care services at clinic and field level.
Organization of satellite clinics and provision of health care through these clinics.
Supervision of Paramedic, Lab technician and Health assistants.
Provide technical assistance to Paramedic, Lab technician and Health assistants to improve their technical competencies.
Provide training for the technical staff as and when necessary.
Visiting the beneficiary group of ASA and providing health education and health care services.
Maintenance of the pharmacy and Laboratory of the health center.
Maintenance of cleanliness and waste disposal of the health center.
Maintenance of all the equipment’s of the health center.
Effective planning for improving the performance of the health center.
Effective and timely coordination with the head office.
Documentation and reporting of all the activities of the health center.
Day observation of different health related issues.
