Job Description/Responsibilities:
Assist to prepare and implement of Annual Training Plan
Arrange quality training sessions and develop quality training materials related to internal compliance and other professional technical issues
Assist to prepare quarterly CPD reading materials and ensure timely submission of CPD reports of all audit officials
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaire and discussion with management
Prepare target achieving report and update training related database
Assist in nominate training participants for generic training
Prepare training report and documentation
Educational Requirements:
M.Com/ MBA from any recognised university with minimum two 1st class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. No third class/ division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable. CA course completed (Knowledge level passed) with experience in reputed Audit firm is required
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal audit, training and capacity development services
Additional Job Requirements:
Have sound knowledge on IIA standards, risk management, finance and accounts, capacity development services and compliance services
Have skills on training module development and presentation
Need strong communication, analytical, problem solving, negotiation and people management skills
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
