Job Detail:

Product Manager IBC
The role will be In Business Control (IBC) for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, as well as acting as backups to the SS heads in each market. Key focus of the job is on controls, policy compliance and regulatory compliance.

Designation: Assistant Manager (C09)

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Tracking of all regulatory changes to implement process changes, Update Compliance Grid, CAPs for any gaps etc.
Monitor all issues (new and existing) and related ICAPs. Track operational errors and client issues
Control items – Track and manage deferrals, daily error reports (for root cause and closure), complaints policy, Ops loss event, etc.
Manage process for end client KYC in line with final interpretation of the new regulations
Ongoing focus on areas around FATCA, COB, ICSA, Risk Memos
Ongoing deep dive into business and ops processes to ensure adherence to regulations, policies, controls etc.
MCA ownership – sufficiency, review, test results, monitoring KRIs (e.g. eCADD expired) on an ongoing basis
Manage risk reviews (IA / internal / regulatory etc.)
Play an active role in new product rollout process from a controls perspective (NPAC, new process etc.)
Represent business on various controls forums such as the BRCC, AML GBRC, FOC, ROC, FOMC, BUCO forums
Act as full-fledged backups to the SS heads in each market. So be actively involved in product management, client onboarding, client queries/ complaints, sales efforts, growth strategy, financial planning etc.”
