Experience:

Experience 5-8 years in relevant field.
Experience in relevant field of multistoried building/factory building will get preference.

Requirement:

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
Maintenance of interior, civil, furniture work of multi storied buildings.
Water distribution and waste water disposal in multi storied buildings.
Institutional membership/Associate membership holder is preferable.
Must be an organized team player who can work independently and work under pressure with good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
Computer literacy is must.

The Bank is seeking for dynamic individual for the position of “Engineer, Civil” based at Head Office who will be mainly responsible for regular maintenance of civil work, interior works, exterior works, sanitary and plumbing, drainage and sewerage system of the bank's Head Office building.

Position Name: Engineer, Civil

Grade : To be commensurate based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Regular operation and maintenance work of civil construction.
Overall checking the interior (floor, wall, ceiling, glass, paints, doors, windows) and exterior (Façade, paints and others) works at every floors of the building.
Overall checking the sanitary fittings, fixture and accessories at every floors of the building.
Overall checking the water supply and disposal system.
Operation and maintenance work of drainage/sewerage systems.
Overall checking of furniture conditions at every floors.
Maintain periodical test report of above systems as part of compliance.
