Position: Sr. Manager - Admin , HR & Compliance (Knit Garments)
Job Description/ Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing all Administrative, HR and Compliance functions of the Company.
Provide lead to Admin activities.
Supervising departmental a-z functions and reporting to the authority.
Develop strong Administration System and seal all gaps to enhance productivity.
Develop ADMIN & HR Policy Manuals like Compensation, Transfer, Increment, Promotion,
Separation, Confirmation, Handles Grievance and Exit.
Designing job descriptions and job specifications for all level employees, Organizing Recruitment, Induction and Orientation, Training Programs, Keeping regular update of personal files of all employees and take responsibility for in time performance appraisals.
Organize, check and manage effective use of the office supplies and stationeries.
Establish and implement a management system ensuring documentation of vehicle/machines/equipment insurances, logbooks, fuel consumption, servicing protocols and assigning transport for official works.
Preparation / Issue office notices, office orders & circulars in respect of HR & Admin issues.
Follow up Attendance, Leave Management, Disciplinary actions, expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime allowance, incentives, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc.
To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
Provide day to day administration and support services to the employees relating to Safety, Security, Health, Transport, House Keeping & Canteen, expatriate residence.
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and various Laws relevant on manufacturing sector in Bangladesh.
Monitoring compliance issues as manufacturing sector and able to face different audits with requirements.
Any other task assigned by the management of the organization.
